About us

The Speak Out Club is designed to provide a regular meeting place for stroke survivors who are experiencing communication difficulties after a stroke.

We aim to provide useful information to members and carers about life after a stroke.

We arrange social and enjoyable activities for our members and their families. These include visiting speakers and outings.

To support the work of the group and to ensure we continue helping stroke survivors, we rely on raising funds.

ABOUT OUR MEETINGS

We meet at:

Coombes Community Centre, Burns Road, Royston SG8 5PT

Thursdays at 10 a.m – 12.15

Session cost £3 (as of 2021)

During the session we have a tea and coffee break with opportunities to socialise in a relaxed atmosphere with others sharing the same difficulties.
